This place is absolutely incredible! We've stayed here three times now, which says a lot since we never go to the same place twice. The peace and tranquility you find at this villa are unmatched. The views are absolutely stunning, and the villas themselves are spotless and modern with all the amenities you could ask for. The pool area is always clean and refreshing, and even though they now have two pools, it always feels like you have the place to yourself. The location is perfect - nestled in the hills with breathtaking views, yet still within walking distance to two local restaurants. Myreen, the host, is amazing and always goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. I highly recommend this place, it's become our go-to for a relaxing getaway in the sun. I had an amazing time at Demargia Villa! the spotlessly clean and beautifully located villa provided a perfect place for me to discover Zakynthos. the modern apartment was very well equipped with everything I needed, including a pre-stocked fridge. the staff, especially Myreen, were incredibly friendly and helpful, even renting a car for me and answering all my questions. the pool area was peaceful and I often had it all to myself. the breathtaking view and proximity to great beaches and restaurants made this a truly memorable stay. I fully recommend Demargia Villa!

The villa was cozy and had a stunning view of the sea and the surrounding area. The pool was perfect for families, especially for kids. The contact with the property manager was excellent and they even allowed us to have a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The free private parking was a plus. The nearest sandy beaches were just a short 10-15 minute drive away, making it convenient for beach lovers.

There weren't any negative aspects to our stay. It was simply perfect, which left us with nothing to complain about.
